We are an online resource to help you get through section 2 of the FRCS General Surgery Exam. We have created a unique resource that takes you through themed scenarios that are reflective of the exam and have been compiled from personal and first hand experiences of candidates who have taken the exam recently.

We are the only website that offers you the ability to record and play back your own audio answers as well as being able to compare them with model audio responses.

Our website not only goes through scenarios but also outlines principles of structuring your answer so that you can apply them in different situations. We have over 110 scenarios covering the major surgical specialities. We have also summarised common guidelines with over 25 easily digestible summaries. Another useful area is out summaries of seminal papers. With over 100 summaries you can read them at a glance and have the major points at your finger tips in the VIVA to help push your marks to 7/8

Our academic scenarios have been developed to be comprehensive and cover the major study types including qualitative papers that can be particularly challenging to appraise and interpret.
